Do I have to be a member to participate?
No! Our annual Northfire Performance membership is optional, and both members and non-members may participate in most programs. Members receive discounted pricing and additional benefits. Any member-only programs will be clearly identified during registration.
What if I Don’t have time to fill out registration for membership before signing up for a program?
We understand that life gets busy! If you plan to become a member but haven’t completed your membership registration (or need assistance with the process) go ahead and select the member pricing option. Our team will follow up and help you complete your membership registration.
Does Northfire offer Travel Opportunities?
Travel opportunities may be available for interested players. Please contact us directly to learn more and let us know that your player is interested
Why do we charge an annual $190 fee?
Our optional annual membership helps us provide more consistent training opportunities throughout the year by covering costs such as facility rentals and other program expenses. It also rewards families who plan to participate regularly with member pricing and additional benefits. Membership includes a reversible Northfire training jersey and shorts, early access to registration, and entry to our private Facebook group featuring challenges, giveaways, updates, and more
How long until i receive my training jersey after registration?
We will send a batch order at the end of August after we gather sizes entered at registration. Shipping time is variable.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We offer interest-free payment plans for homeschool programs and our Northfire Youth Academy. These require 50% at registration, with the remaining 50% due one month later. Available payment options will be shown during registration
Can my player participate if they are already on a competitive or recreational team?
Absolutely! Northfire welcomes competitive and recreational players from all clubs and organizations. We provide supplemental training designed to help players develop additional skills, confidence, and game experience alongside their primary team.
once i’m a member, how do i select member-pricing?
When checking out, select “details” under payment options. There will be a member option and non-member option for payment. Please do not hesitate to reach out to 615-430-90183 with any registration questions!
Will registration be prorated if i join later in the year?
Beginning in January, memberships will cost $100 for the second half of the year.
